3. Digital Products

License

When you purchase a digital product (theme, template, or source code), you receive a license to use the product according to the license tier selected at checkout:

  • Personal License — Use on a single personal or side project
  • Team License — Use on client projects, up to 10 developers
  • Enterprise License — Unlimited developers, SaaS applications

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the source code as a standalone product
  • Claim the product as your own creation
  • Use the product in a way that competes with Hilal Technologic's products
  • Sub-license the product to third parties

Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. You will receive download access via email or through the payment platform (Polar.sh).

4. IT Services

Scope of Work

For IT services (development, consulting, infrastructure), the scope of work will be agreed upon in writing before the project begins. Any changes to the scope may result in additional charges.

Intellectual Property

  • Custom work developed for you becomes your property upon full payment
  • Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used remain the property of their respective owners
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

5. Payment

  • Digital product payments are processed through Polar.sh
  • IT service payments are agreed upon per project
  • All prices are as displayed at the time of purchase
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice for future purchases

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • Our website will be available at all times without interruption
  • Digital products will be free of bugs or errors
  • Our services will meet all of your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hilal Technologic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sumba Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur.
